When I worked on site, people didn’t call each other idiots, liberal commies or worse. They certainly didn’t call the president of the US an A-hole. There was actually a code of conduct and none of that would have been tolerated in the workplace. It’s much easier to hide behind one’s anonymity here. I no longer work as an MT, but for a nonprofit, still on site. Everyone gets along and it’s actually fun to go to work, I think there are just a lot of unhappy MTs who come here, or people who aren’t MTs who like to stir things up.
