outsource the work and clean up the mess and the US MTs are just there to hopefully put out some decent work. They abuse us, use us and don't pay worth the time it takes to log on.
I know there are posts that claim they are happy and have decent jobs, but I would love to know the companies they work for or how low are they willing to go just to WAH and do MT work.
This is a dying field and will never, ever, be a decent job again.
