Also looking for info - Wondering

I applied because I want to replace my current part-time/side job doing general transcription with something else. I was contacted for an interview and the email was VERY long. It went over the entire interview, testing, and hiring process and, honestly, it seems like a bit much. There are multiple interviews, testing, etc. Everything is on a very rigid schedule and it said the interview would take at least an hour. None of this should be necessary, especially for an IC position! I'm thinking I'm going to pass.
