that good jobs in MT do exist somewhere out there. I have a question, if you don't mind answering. Is your employer a well established MTSO or relatively new? You don't have to identify them.

I'm just wondering if some amount of transcription/VR is returning back to the industry after so many failed attempts to replace US MTs. For so long, it's only been the dregs and bottom of the barrel type of work available from transcription companies and lousy pay to boot!

It just seems like there have been several positive posts of late by MTs who have really good MT jobs. Not so long ago, no one was reporting any such thing, Lol! So if this is the trend now to bring good, decent work back to the US MT industry, then that would be very good news.
