I've had a feeling that there was someting extremely fishy about them for quite some time. They can't possibly have so much work that they need to hire every 3-6 weeks. Then, there is the fact that they seem to never respond to those who send them resumes to apply. It's pretty obvious that these people are up to no good. I think they should be banned from posting ads on here.
