If there are going to be errors in Epic, why even dictate a report? And have you seen these dictated reports? They are copied and pasted and read horribly, spelling errors all in them, etc. And if it has nothing to do with why the patient is being seen, it is not crucial to the report. Honestly, 99.9% of the time, everything is left in. It is rare that something is totally left out, if at all. Good luck with trying to get them in trouble. It won't do any good because they are not leaving anything out like a lot of you are saying. If you don't like working there, then don't, but don't fault the ones who are working there and like it and make good money at it.
