So, the doctor dictated a lab value that was completely within the normal range, but they said the incorrect number and YOU had to take the blame for it because you transcribed the lab value exactly as it was dictated and it was the doctor who got it wrong??? My god, do they expect you to be psychic??? If that had been me, I would have quit on the spot. I have zero tolerance for that kind of nonsense! That is absolutely beyond ridiculous. These people in management at PF sure sound like first class idiots.
