PF has the craziest rules I've ever encountered in my life. Not only will you have to omit gender but you have to omit a lot of dictation if they consider it "unessential," have to change things like "does not" to "no" and a ridiculous list of rules of things to change. If they have other work request it as Patient First will drive you nuts and it's hard to make money because of all of the stuff you're not allowed to transcribe.
