401K - sickening answer - see below

This is what I found online. I bet she is using this 401K money for other things. See below:

"For example, for a business that operates both its business and its 401k plan on a calendar year basis, 2018 matching contributions must be made by April 15, 2019. If the business has a tax-filing extension, the deadline is October 15, 2019. Some employers also make profit sharing contributions."

I would bet KS has a tax filing extension since they have been in trouble with the IRS and owe a lot of money.

What I don't know is, if you can deduct your 401K deductions on your income tax return for that year. What a mess!
