She has been getting away with these payroll games for years, and the reason is because she has been allowed to. People are too afraid to speak up, quit, or report them to the DOL. Then, there are others who simply buy into her nonsensical excuses and actually believe all of the delusional garbage that she spews about how they really aren't in financial trouble, how they are doing great, how they are growing and steadily getting new accounts, or how things are going to be great again, but not until later in the year. It's all fiction. She is just telling people what they want to hear so they will stick around so that her accounts are staffed and she doesn't risk losing them for being way out of TAT. I am so sick of hearing "but they always pay us eventually, so I'm not that worried." STOP IT. You are allowing her to continue playing these games, and you are not doing any favors to your co-workers who absolutely need their paychecks on time. Stop contributing to the problem and enabling them.
