You wont like the answer- quit. Get a new job.

Sorry but she isnt going to change. When other MTs do decide to quit and you are hanging on, the work is not going to get done in TAT. She is going to lose the accounts. Then it is a matter of time before she goes belly up. you dont want to be the one left stranded. She wont get new MTs either as hopefully they will see the warnings and listen. This is the beginning of the end.
