errors being accepted by administration begs the question - StillAnMT

Administration accepts these errors. Insurance companies accept these errors. Everyone seems to accept these errors. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why the dictated report is even necessary. I am not being sarcastic here - I am truly wondering. And I have wondered this for years. Even though this is my livelihood, I cannot fathom who in the medical system needs this error-filled dictated/transcribed report in order to do their job. If anyone has any answers to this, please please let me know.
