I agree. We have a manager that keeps telling us we do such good quality that they won't get rid of us. Seriously? If upper management doesn't care that Dragon users use abbreviations in a Diagnosis/Impression session, miss periods, wrong sentence structure, do you think they care about how well we "edit" reports? We COST our department money and the bottom line is money. There is no way in H E double hockey sticks that I will retire at my current place of employment doing MT.
