What about - metrics reasons

If fired, they can say your metrics weren't quite where they should have been. Or they'll say production just wasn't where it should have been. Both of these reasons might be kind of hard to prove to someone at the unemployment office. But it really is being placed into a position of sometimes having no alternative other than to fail when working in their system because they hold all the strings in order to make that happen.

We're subject to the quirks of the platform at any given moment, the poor quality of dictation that slows us way down (and all the reasons that go along with that), the intermittent flow of jobs that will wreak havoc and prove so disruptive that it will literally knock any momentum you have going out the window. I don't know how to document for these reasons. If the unemployment people can't hear what we hear and deal with what we deal with, how do you explain it all to them??
