If let go due to M*MODAL saying you had poor metrics or were not meeting their requirements in some way production wise, this would be due to "no fault of your own" or in other words, no willful behavior on your part to purposefully have poor metrics. We obviously are working to make money, so why would anyone be trying to purposefully make less money during working hours? Why would we purposefully make any errors that could DOCK our pay even lower than the pennies we get paid now? We want to make as much as we can, so we always are trying to do our best and go as fast as possible. You can keep track and make copies of all your audits, your good ones, and then if you have bad ones, you can give reasons as to why. You can let Unemployment know the strict and bizarre requirements demanded on us at all times, and how they can change depending on who is QA'ing a report, etc. You can show them how you were doing well, and maybe due to missing something voice recognition put in a report or whatever the reason may be, it dropped your score. However, you did not do this on purpose. You did not purposefully try to make mistakes or errors on a report, so this is considered being let go due to no fault or willful behavior on your part. You should still be able to qualify for unemployment but document all your audit scores and any other information. You can paste this information into WORD documents to upload online when you file a claim.
