I have 30 years experience too. When making a resume or filling out job applications, how do you hide your age! And yikes, let's not tell them what year I graduated college! Heck, I expect to work another 10 years, so the employer will get plenty of work life out of me -- unless I drop dead. Wish I could afford to retire.
