She wasn't saying that OT was the reason they pulled out of California. She said it was the labor laws in California and cited the OT law as an example.

She made the excellent point that it couldn't have been the minimum wage increase because there are other states with the same minimum wage that Nuance didn't pull out of.

But speculation is fun. You say it's not the OT law. Why do you think they did it?
