I made 18-25 an hour prior to the grid. Now I NEVER know what I am going to make but grid usually rigs it so I make just about minimum wage.

And for those who say they make so much, can anyone explain why California workers were let go because their minimum wage was high and Nuance did not want to pay the difference when California MTs could not make their particular minimum wage because of the grid.
