How exactly do you know the factor for firing - California workers?

It seems if you work 1 minute over an 8-hour day, that would be a problem for the California worker working off schedule and absolutely no excuse for all of the workers to be fired from the state of California.

I really do not believe that OT is the reason for the mass firing of California workers. If a California worker worked OT it would have been with permission from TSM and if they worked overtime without permission, it would have been grounds to fire that individual worker.
