The voice wreck is crap that you are paid for half the lines you produce and the pay grid will stop you if you make a mistake or turn in too many blanks.
No way can anyone make that much money consistently at Nuance and no one usually comes here to brag about it unless they are trying to stop negativity about Nuance. I suspect management is on board trying to put out fires the pay grid and low paid MTs have started.
