Run away as fast as you can. Don't go to Nuance. They never have consistent work on accounts. They are shipping most jobs over to India. Only go to work there if you DON'T have to depend on your paycheck for your living. The pay is horrible with the grid. One little mistake and your pay gets slashed. It's just not right.
