It takes a long time for processing (up to 16 weeks), but the company HAS to answer the complaint by summons from the Labor Board. Complaining here will NOT do anything. How much were you making, how much are you losing, what is the time frame, what is the PROSPECTED loss in the next 6 months to 1 year? My pennies added up really fast (lost PTO, lost incentives, lost differentials). The worst thing that can happen is no payout. The best is a payout and FURTHER INVESTIGATION. Pointing 1 finger leads to 2, leads to "What's going on here?"
