I also was contacted for an interview, but after reading all of this I'm not even going to waste my time. I don't know why I waste it really on any of the companies now, no one cares about the employee anymore, only the all mighty dollar for the fat rich white man. So sick of it. Twenty five years ago i made 40k typing..honest to God...was a great job, now they've beaten us down so bad most people loathe the industry...have to fight for every single penny you make...and really - who can understand the ridiculous pay "scales" they have conjured up...no one can even understand it all...and that's they way they like it! Yup...good times.
