ACTS is a different company. The management from ACTS were IMEDX employees and the management of Alpha are new people as of a couple years ago. The company used to be in MN, then in OH and then in VA. The hourly line count is a goal. Management calculates your lines if you want. You should never be paid a flat line rate for VA accounts so you got screwed by your old company.
