We are no longer called a POD but a BOB again, nothing changes, there are still small groups within the BOB and the TSM handles time.. Don't see what the big deal it. How could this possibly bring more work or less accounts during a shift? There is still X number of jobs to be transcribed by X number of transcriptionists. Now, when they say they are no longer outsourcing I'll sit up and take notice. Meantime, Im job hunting
