We have just gone back to the way it used to be and we had the same NJA policy back then. I don't see why this would change that, and if we aren't allowed to make up our time, then they better start paying us hourly. I don't see it as a "habit" to work all day waiting for work. For me it is a necessity. I have a family to take care of.
