Wasn't going to leave until I had answers. Make an appointment with TAA rep though. She gave me a paper that states all the reasons you can qualify. It states if you are a partially displaced worker through no fault of your own, and when I told how the work is just not always there, she said I would qualify, but paperwork had to be filled out and approved, but she did not see any issues with it not being approved. Try that.
