with 3 different companies, same exact scenarios of job elimination, and refused on all 3...

It is not under-utilized, but I had to just about teach the DOL in my area what it even was, and got such round-arounds, kept getting pushed off to different people. Eventually went through an official of NYS and was still declined...

HOW DID YOU DO IT? :0

I am so happy for those that did manage to get some help. It is a long time coming!
