you would have to get training in coding. Not sure if you have the desire, time,or funds to do that, though. It's a thought anyway, as a lot of coding is done remotely all on the computer....
I know what you mean about not being a people person! I think a lot of introverts are drawn to MT - sucks that it's going down the toilet!
