Hey, if minimum wage or slightly above is okay, inflexible schedules and ridiculous QA standards work for you, then do it.
As for coding, you would likely need to get certified if you haven't been doing it intensely. I personally think it will be off-shored just like MT was, but if your main criteria is working from home, that would be the way I would go.
