Enterprise 5 and Escription Version 11 - all smiles

I've had the issue of hiss, hum, buzz with the 2 platforms I've used: Enterprise 5 and then when moved to Escription Version 11, sad to hear the same thing, hiss, hum, buzz.

So I doubt it is the platform per se, but I strongly suspect that it is something with Nuance because no problem with Enterprise under Webmedx.
