I also work part time for another company in addition to Nuance and use the Inscribe platform at both companies.

For the other company I do both QA and transcription. I'm allowed to do my own QA since I'm the only QA person.

When I listen to my own reports in QA I can usually (95% of the time) fill in the blank because it's clearer.

This is on the Inscribe platform. I have always assumed I can hear it the second time around because I'm listening with a fresh ear, although the sound does sound clearer.

This isn't specific to Nuance obviously.
