Keep trying, get another claim specialist if the first one tells you no.
People, dont lay there and take it. Stand up for yourselves, go to the labor board. If LB gets enough complaints, something could be done.
But you all have to go talk to UE offices and labor board, or even unemployment attorneys who usually offer a free consult.
As always: DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!!! Screen shots of things, record any phone calls, copy emails to a flash drive, get a copy of this matrix crap when you all log in and see the enrich or whatever the H their garbage is called these days.
COPY EVERYTHING. EVERY. SINGLE. LITTLE. THING.
If you dont, UE and LB have nothing to work with. You know very well Nuisance and Muddle will both delete everything off their servers and all of a sudden when the state or feds ask for records it will be "... we have no record of that."
DONT JUST LAY THERE AND TAKE IT.
Do something to help yourselves. Wake up and realize this company will screw you faster than a crack ho looking for a hit.
