I don't see how they could justify firing anybody that has been there any significant amount of time. It would be like them saying you were all competent for the previous 10 years, 5 years, 2 years, 1 year, but today we realized you really are not competent at all, so you're fired. My argument to UE was that I had been in this profession over 30 years, had never been fired, actually had my CMT, and now all of a sudden I don't know what I'm doing? Yes, it was sweeeeeeeeettt!!
