According to an employment attorney to whom I spoke, an employee and be deemed ineligible to collect if not meeting company standards, i.e., that stupid matrix, etc., and in particular if production falls below their stated goal. The ONE TIME they chose to use the matrix against me was a rare time when I worked WHILE I was sick and took a day off for a personal reason (with permission) and of course, my production was crap.
