I think all MT companies must...higher up management. I wonder if they promise a lot of things to employees to become SHDS', then start trying to make them "spy on us, stalk us, etc.," to the point where they quit. You know it's time to run when first your PC quits and then your manager quits. The only solution I see is to just quit and go find some job completely out of this field. It's not what it used to be and not really worth the hassle any more. Sad isn't it?!
