Be glad you didn't work for them. I was working for a smaller, much better company that was bought out by them. To top it all off, their insurance structure is useless unless you have money to burn for nothing. It is strictly catastrophic insurance and if you require seeing a physician for chronic medical conditions (diabetes, etc.) you are just SOL (and I don't mean standards of learning)!!! In answer to your question, they are not idiots, just predators of the worst type. They have this pay system that is a joke and their reviews are hopeless. Anyone thinking of working with them - DON'T.
