FABERE, ALL CAPS, is an acronym for FLEXION, ABDUCTION, EXTERNAL ROTATION, AND EXTENSION, where FABER is usually used for the hip/sacroiliac joints. FADIR is for FLEXION, ABDUCTION, INTERNAL ROTATION, have to see what is being done where on the patient. I do lots of professional sports teams, these are used all the time.
