I am looking into MT programs and wondering about one which advertises that it is geared to nurses: MT@Home Medical Transcription. This may have been discussed before, and if so, I missed it, but SR seems to be getting worse and worse all the time (and I use M*Modal for two different MTSOs), picking up less and less of what is actually said. This is even on very clear-speaking dictators. Some have been to the point of SR getting maybe 2 words right in 2 sentences. In this case, I'm actually "typing," but getting paid the SR rate. The company I work for just switched to the Emdat/Inscribe platform 2 weeks ago and as such we are still adjusting :-)Things have worked fine so far, but when trying to download dictations after logging in, I keep getting the same message..."There was a problem downloading the file. Would you like to retry?" (Of course I have, but it never loads.) The dictation tries to load (I see it in the green bar at the bottom) but never makes it.
