This was determined in July of 2012. Retention bonuses??? Why don't we get paid a bonus to stay with the company after a merger??? This just upsets me...

[ In Reply To ..]Because now you have to stay through December 2013 to get your measly 1% match. I look at it as combat pay for putting up with this company for another year. I wonder if Amy gets her 401K match paid every paycheck and I bet it is more than 1%.
And remember they upgraded our email system and supposedly provided better benefits. Oh and who could forget BOOST? We apparently can make our own bonus by just producing more. Just spending over an hour on the phone with our new tech people was bonus enough for me.

Forget the BOOST, why should we put up with taking comma's out, putting periods in, taking out words the docs do not say. I have a few really good dictators and I have no clue how the VR can put in words that are not dictated. If I were to do that I would be called on it. Oh, I forgot VR is stupid and you have to read EVERY SINGLE WORD AND CHARACTER, you cannot trust it. And we get paid less for doing more work.

Seems like if they got us (and are still turning the screws), they are going to do something (probably sucky) to QA and QC, then perhaps the TSMs should be next. I just received my first *denial* of production bonus in over 20+ years with 98.75% QA score. Every time I look at the payroll data and see...... BONUS: NO. I do a slow burn. Just received e-mail from corporate stating that as they had previously stated they would be rearranging management, ccm's, etc. It went on to state that if you had been reassigned to a new CCM they would be contacting you in the future, but Thank GOD at the bottom it lists who your CCM will be and I am lucky enough to have the same CCM who I love and has always been good to me. A prime example of that is when I work every holiday for time and 1/2, but low and behold, there is mysteriously no work in the system. Because they press a button and send it all overseas for some poor sap to do for 5 cents a day, instead of paying me time and 1/2. There is no appreciation for the MT and our expertise anymore. Used to at least get an Xmas card, not even that anymore.... :( Save Yourself! ...
