Can be difficult to reach and maintain as they depend upon reaching 99% accuracy via some convoluted formula I have not yet figured out nor is it explained. Fortunately, I have been able to reach that, but from posts here, many, many folks have trouble with QA or QC (I still have not figured out which they are) being erratic and petty and deducting points for silly reasons. Also, if you fall below 99% average, you lose your bonus for 3 months! That is insane. You can also lose your bonus by sending too many reports to QA....God forbid you start on a new account or have an account with audio problems or weird account specs.

I have always made the bonus. It is not perfect at all and it is difficult to attain, but it is possible. I'm not a Nuance cheerleader either. I despise this company and would love to find a better job in a different profession altogether. Fed up for many, many different reasons. Way to many to post here, and I get the bonus, so go figure.

i've never failed to make the bonus... i would like to see the actual #s of ppl who do and don't make it, cause it seems like the vast majority of ppl on here never seem to get it.

doubt they will ever release those #s tho heh.

Might as well offer to all. Picky QA can stop bonus - for however many they dont want to pay. nm

Yes, they do offer a bonus. I have made it every time since I've been eligible, but it is very stressful and I sweat every quarter. Without it though, I would be making peanuts so I am grateful that they at least offer it.

Check out the bonuses for employees in India. My thought is the big N is making a move to transport as many MT jobs to India as possible (low work volumes) and employees in US are getting what is left behind. Home-based employees in India send reports to QA or Editor. If it goes to Editor, Bingo, maybe that's your job, correcting what someone in a foreign market cannot possibly understand. Makes perfect sense for Nuance. Maybe Obama will stick it to them with taxes for exporting our jobs so ...

Nuance is at it again. Yesterday HR sent out a memo outlining the production minimums to keep your job. Today I was notified by my TL that I was 6 lines per hour short of the minimum that I am on a performance review for the next 2 weeks to raise it or else it sounds like, I have until the end of the pay period. Also received nasty email about MUP again. I slowed down as she asked to better by QA score, and that too is in the dumper all of a sudden, and I went over every report a second time ...

Seen references to TSMs getting bonuses for keeping in TAT. Anyone know if this is true? Seems like if they got us (and are still turning the screws), they are going to do something (probably sucky) to QA and QC, then perhaps the TSMs should be next. Aren't bonuses supposed to be paid out tomorrow? I went on to ADP because normally your check that is coming will show up a day or two in advance and there is nothing there so I guess that means no bonus.
