to be managing the company. Any time I spoke to him on the telephone, he sounded stressed and wore down. This is a rough business dealing with typists and clients day in and day. Honestly, I am surprised he has decided to stay this long.
Doug has a listing on LindedIn. He spends too much time constantly running statistical reports instead of connecting with his workers and making those kinds of changes. Why did he decide that typing 1.5 to 2 hours per day of dictation was expected of everyone? Isn't that a bit tough to do with the insurance given that a lot of the sound quality is not pristine?
I have left the company and looking for a good job. The paper checks was the final straw for me.
