problem was on my end. I am relieved to hear I wasn't the only one complaining about quality. No wonder there were the usual band of cherry pickers sucking up the better audio files. I still don't know how anyone can earn a living with general typing. No one controls the interviewee by telling them to slow down, repeat, or spell words. I'm glad I left. I have been applying to companies who do not even know what a transcriptionist is. Sooner or later something will come my way.
