I quit WWD in August and to me it seemed like the audio quality kept getting worse and worse over time. I was wondering if the issue was on my end, so I asked J about it one time and he claimed that he hadn't heard about anyone else having an issue, which I now know was probably a huge load of horse kaka.
Anyway, yes, headaches galore at that job. I start getting a headache just thinking about it. I had to keep a bottle of Motrin on my desk. I'll never do insurance transcription again. Very glad to be gone and to put that place in my past. It was so not worth all the aggravation it caused. They really need to be paying a lot more than 8 cpl for that kind of work.
