I put in my notice today effective immediately. I have finally found something else. The insurance work was giving me almost daily headaches from the horrific sound quality (bad cell phones, static, echoes, tons of background noise, people sounding super muffled or who don't know how to speak up, etc.), people who don't know how to shut up and constantly try to talk over one another, and listening to fools who can't even articulate a proper sentence. I won't miss this company's total lack of communication or those unpredictable paper checks either. This company needs to make some serious changes and they need to do it soon if they want to retain people, because people are eventually going to get sick of it and move on like many of us have. In my opinion, WWD is nothing more than pitstop for those who are between jobs and are looking for something better. That's all it is good for, something to tide you over until something better comes along. I really can't see anyone working there long-term. It would drive you to the point of insanity. I've had some stressful jobs in my career, but none that actually gave me full-blown headaches on a regular basis like this one did. It's just not worth it.
