I only disliked your post because I couldn't put an angry face. What a (*&U#! landlord. I wish there was some agency you could turn him into.
My car hasn't been running since around Sept. I think I paid a few months of insurance, then realized I was a dummy for doing that since I couldn't drive it. I called my insurance co. and they took everything off except my comp coverage. My birthday is 12/24, so I'm never prepared to pay for a new sticker, but I still haven't gotten the new sticker. I did call the DMV to find out if they would suspend my license if I didn't renew the sticker, but kept minimal insurance, and was told no, so that's covered.
