leave the MTSO where I was working. Although I also had a couple of local references on my resume, the MTSO was my current job. I explained to the office manager why I was looking without bashing the MTSO (which was actually just fine until they lost accounts and started running out of work), and showed her my latest QA audit report as a reference as well as a work sample. That worked.
