Where I work, which pays VBC, we can't use special formatting. We have to manually use the space bar on some picky accounts/dictators to indent. Once we started getting these types of reports, that is when they made the sudden amazing switch to VBC (they justified that since THEY were paid VBC, so would the MTs now).
