If you've recently quit - Can you give your TSMs initials

Volumes have skyrocketed in the accounts on my team, and while my manager is spewing off that it's just abnormally high volumes, I think it's because people have jumped ship.

I was wondering if those of you who quit and still visit this board could comment with your ex-TSM's initials.

and have been since Christmas, at a time when there is usually NO WORK....

TSM is begging for extra help....claiming "more than usual are off for PTO" --- ??? LOL. That wouldn't happen especially since there is no way he would approve PTO...he is usually sending out reminder emails right before Xmas that NO more PTO will be approved, so I know that is bunk.
I know they MUST have expected this. Let them get their Indian MTs to do OT. Every time I have ever agreed to help out, I get a SLEW of the worst of the worst...and I refuse to work MORE for minimum wage, which is what I'd get with these dictators NOT to mention the likely possibility that because of the CRAPPY dictators I'll probably get major errors and then 7 cents a line. Do they really think we are that stupid? I am certain the only MTs left here are the ones who just haven't found a better job yet.

I am OOW, again, but there were 15 people on the account when I signed on at 8 EST. Yes, we have had those emails about please work extra due to people on PTO, it is not about PTO it is about TAT and idiots not knowing how to staff the accounts fairly.

I quit a week before Christmas..volumes were crazy bad! Normally we have maybe 100 jobs at a time(I had 4 accounts) and at the time I quit there were 700 jobs total!! My TSM was actually great..she isn't the reason I left. Right after the compensation plan came out I told her people are probably going to quit because of it and she said they already were....J.M.

I have been sending out resumes like crazy since this new compensation plan began. I am assigned to 4 accounts, and they are all OOW at least once during every single work day, and have been since Labor Day weekend. My secondaries never were very high volume, but my primary used to overflow constantly, lots of TSM requests for OT to be worked...last few months, nothing. No OT requests, and usually OOW at least once during my shift. The great dictators and easy reports I used to have are gone, now I get mostly extremely ridiculous ESL speakers and horrible audio so I am assuming India has the work? I can't tell if anyone on my account has quit, but I have noticed that the TSMs are nowhere to be found on weekends or holidays like they once were...what's up with that?

Just wondering how the NJA problem is since 60 of us have moved on. We've had 2 new ILP accounts to QA (which are horrible) and 1 group hospitals that have come back from ILP land, but only recieved a small handful of MTs to compensate. Hi. I was contacted recently by PF, tested again in person, set up for training (which was later rescheduled but is apparently still on), and told I have the job, but so far I have been utterly unable to get anything like an actual offer letter or anything STATING the terms of employment, like pay, PTO, basic benefit info, etc. (and I have asked and asked). I have recently started on ChartNet. I read reviews, which are mostly positive, and my question is why? I find it cumbersome with all the headings you have to make with the control/shift keys and entering, starting new headers, etc. Not very fluid at all (for me anyway). I would like to know who was just recently hired and how was your experience? I for one have been hired and am not able to start until my computer meets their requirements. Hi all - I recently took the test for Accentus, which was all editing and no straight transcription and which I didn't know would happen. Anyway, I was not offered a job. I thought I did pretty good on the test considering I had no foot pedal and no editing function keys but guess not. Does anybody pass that test?
