Just wondering how the NJA problem is since 60 of us have moved on. We've had 2 new ILP accounts to QA (which are horrible) and 1 group hospitals that have come back from ILP land, but only recieved a small handful of MTs to compensate. My BOB has been swamped for the past week with late jobs every night. My TSM says that her manager said that there isn't anybody who can help out. I was just wondering if he/she is just too lazy to actually look. I know there are some of you out there with NJA.

Still out of turn around time every day. She keeps changing schedules around and she isn't helping at all. Been like this for a few weeks now.

My TSM is wondering why so few have committed to doing OT this weekend. Gee, I wonder. People are scared of doing more work and getting more audited reports.

I know my dear sweet HSDM needs help but I am too exhausted. This course is intensive to the point I absolutely dread even the 20 hours of typing I am required to do. Too bad they don't offer incentives like they used to. That might help me feel more motivated LOL

For the coding program I mean. I don't blame you for not wanting to do overtime right now. I'm in a coding program too, ad it's exhausting.

No im in college full time as well so being paid 20 hours to learn - is a dream

but my other full load of classes is exhausting as well even though the teachers are really lenient. I will be really glad when April is over lol

How's the FIRING of EXPERIENCED MTs working? - DKAK

No surprise. They rapid fire experienced MTs (I had 14 years, and I'm on the low end) and wonder why their TAT is in the toilet.

I wouldn't work extra because it made NO difference in the equation for me being fired. Also, as someone said, MORE TO AUDIT.

It's like giving them the bullets for your firing squad.

We knew it would come to this - fire your best MTs because they can't maintain 99.7 and what do you get? It's pretty simple.

financially and will continue to help out because they have to (not blaming you at all BTW)..Me not gonna happen don't care..More reports to pick apart, more emails for me to ignore, more crap..If you ALLOW them to treat you like garbage, they will treat you like garbage..

Hi. I was contacted recently by PF, tested again in person, set up for training (which was later rescheduled but is apparently still on), and told I have the job, but so far I have been utterly unable to get anything like an actual offer letter or anything STATING the terms of employment, like pay, PTO, basic benefit info, etc. (and I have asked and asked). Has anyone taken the CMT exam recently? I'm taking a prep course through AHDI and wonder how similar it is to the actual exam. I have recently started on ChartNet. I read reviews, which are mostly positive, and my question is why? I find it cumbersome with all the headings you have to make with the control/shift keys and entering, starting new headers, etc. Not very fluid at all (for me anyway). Does anyone have advice/tips on how to make this more user-friendly? Plus I lose reports and have no idea where they go or how to get them back, so I am losing line count as well. Accentus? WOW!! That is all I can say. The platform is so horribly slow and bulky it is pathetic. The sound files are lousy on top of the foot pedal (or even hitting F8) not "working" when you hit it. This was the biggest waste of time!!! ...

I would like to know who was just recently hired and how was your experience? I for one have been hired and am not able to start until my computer meets their requirements. Hi all - I recently took the test for Accentus, which was all editing and no straight transcription and which I didn't know would happen. Anyway, I was not offered a job. I thought I did pretty good on the test considering I had no foot pedal and no editing function keys but guess not. Does anybody pass that test?
